United Surety & Indemnity Company (USIC) is a Puerto Rican insurance company founded in 1990 by Don Antonio Blanes (R.I.P). Over the years, our passion, effort and dedication allowed us to evolve steadily, and by 2002 we became USIC Group, offering a broader array of services and products.

We have been in the insurance industry for over thirty years, diversifying our offer with Property, Flood, "Builder’s Risk", Commercial Property and Condominium policies. We are proud to say that we are the only insurance company in Puerto Rico that is rated "A" Excellent by the rating agency A.M. Best.
